At LondonShop Maroc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are placed back in their original LondonShop packaging.
Courier Pickup
We will coordinate with our local Moroccan courier partners to collect the package directly from your address at a scheduled time.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer or store credit within 48 hours.
